C. Automatically Collected Information

Limited technical information: Device type, OS version, app usage, and IP address (for security and functionality). We do not use this for behavioral tracking.

All payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchases (IAP). We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details. Apple provides limited subscription status information for access management.

We share limited info only with secure cloud hosting providers, Apple, and necessary technical service providers.We do not share data with advertising networks or engage in third-party behavioral tracking.

Only as long as necessary to provide Services, maintain your account, and comply with legal obligations.

FitShark is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect info from children under this age.
